Notifications and reminders
Which reminders PASSNP sends, and how to turn them on or off.
In the app
The app asks for permission to send notifications when you sign in. If you allow it, your phone gets the same alerts as the bell on the website (class updates, leaderboard wins, and so on), plus a once-a-day Daily Quiz reminder if you have not answered yet. Tapping a notification opens the right screen.
To turn app notifications on or off, use your phone’s settings (Settings → Notifications → PASSNP).
By email
- Account emails always send: booking confirmations, class reminders, receipts, and password resets.
- Study emails, like the daily practice question and tips, only send if you opt in. Change this under Account with the "Study tips, product updates & offers" switch.
On the website
The bell at the top of the page collects your notifications, such as class updates and leaderboard wins.
