PASSNP provides educational resources for nurse-practitioner board exam preparation, including practice question banks, timed exam simulations, flashcards, courses, progress analytics, podcasts, and live or 1:1 coaching sessions. Every question is reviewed by a board-certified clinician before it is served. The materials are study aids and do not constitute medical, clinical, or professional advice.

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Free and paid plans: a Free plan is available with usage limits. Paid access unlocks additional specialties and features as described on our pricing page.
• Prepaid access passes (such as the All-Access Pass) are one-time payments that unlock access for a fixed number of months. They do not auto-renew: access simply ends when the prepaid period is up, and purchasing again adds the new months onto any time remaining.
• One-time payments (such as live classes and 1:1 coaching) are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Subscriptions (where offered, such as premium community groups or monthly courses) renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund payments already made.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

PASSNP content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute questions, rationales, or course materials.
• Share your account or grant others access to paid content.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to extract content from the platform.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

All content on PASSNP — including questions, rationales, courses, flashcards, branding, and software — is owned by PASS Review Center or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying or distribution beyond the limited license above requires our prior written permission.

PASSNP is a study tool. While we work hard to align our questions and exam simulations with ANCC and AANP specifications, we make no guarantees regarding exam results or outcomes. Passing a certification exam depends on many factors beyond our platform.

PASSNP and PASS Review Center are independent education providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the American Nurses Association (ANA), or any certification board. ANCC®, PMHNP-BC®, AANP®, FNP-C®, and any referenced publication titles are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the examinations and reference materials our study aids are designed to help you prepare for. Our questions, rationales, and flashcards are original works — they do not reproduce content from any certification examination or copyrighted publication.

Live group classes and 1:1 coaching sessions are scheduled for specific times and hosted via Zoom. If you cannot attend, please contact us in advance. Missed sessions may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund except as required by law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for technical interruptions, errors, or any decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PASS Review Center will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PASSNP.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using PASSNP and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new revision date, and your continued use of PASSNP after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
