Enrollment Terms

These enrollment terms, together with the PASSNP Terms of Use (passnp.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (passnp.com/privacy), govern your purchase of any PASSNP subscription, plan, course, or live session (collectively, the "Terms"). Please review the Terms in their entirety before completing checkout and retain a copy for your records. By enrolling, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction and agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between PASSNP and you.

PASSNP provides board-exam preparation for nurse practitioners. Enrollment is intended solely for individuals genuinely preparing for an examination or engaging in continuing professional learning — not for the benefit of any competitor or for the purpose of copying, harvesting, or redistributing PASSNP content.

Payment and Billing

This section does not apply to free accounts. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You certify that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided and authorize charges to it until payment is complete. For subscription plans, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file at the interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Account page ("Manage billing") or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the paid period. One-time plans are charged once at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or billing errors. Discounts and promotion codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Purchases may be subject to sales tax depending on your location; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

One Account Per Person

Each subscription or enrollment provides access for one student only, for the access period purchased. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account. You agree not to share your login, subscription, or enrollment with anyone, and not to purchase access for the purpose of sharing, reselling, or redistributing it. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment in full, PASSNP grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access the platform and the content included in your plan. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period and the subscription will not renew. Except as required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable once the related access period has begun. Refunds are available only for purchases made directly from PASSNP.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

PASSNP is a study tool and does not promise or guarantee passage of any board examination, certification, score, or other outcome. Passing a certification exam depends on many factors beyond our platform and your individual effort and circumstances.

Performance Feedback

You will receive feedback on your performance on practice questions, simulated exams, and other assessments. This feedback is a diagnostic tool intended to highlight strengths and weaknesses as you prepare. It is not a projection or forecast of your actual board-exam score, and your actual results may be affected by factors beyond PASSNP’s control.

Live Sessions and Coaching

Live group classes and 1:1 coaching are booked individually and delivered through video-conferencing technology (currently Zoom). Sessions may be recorded by the host; by joining, you consent to the recording of any participation you choose to engage in (such as chat or shared screen time). Recordings may be made available to other PASSNP students for instruction or used internally for quality assurance and training.

You agree to follow reasonable classroom conduct in live sessions: be respectful and professional toward faculty and fellow students, do not record, photograph, or share images of others without permission, keep questions and comments relevant, and avoid disruptive behavior. PASSNP may remove access to live sessions for participants who are disruptive, abusive, or in violation of these Terms; participants removed for misconduct are not eligible for refunds.

Content Updates

PASSNP regularly revises its question bank, courses, flashcards, and other materials to stay aligned with current certification-exam blueprints. We may add, update, or remove content at any time; once material is removed it will no longer be accessible. Course titles and session schedules are subject to change, and scheduled sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled — where a session you booked is cancelled and no alternative meets your needs, you will receive a refund for that session.

Intellectual Property

All content and functionality on the PASSNP platform — including questions, rationales, explanations, flashcards, courses, videos, audio, text, graphics, logos, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Content") — is owned by PASSNP or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. PASSNP questions are original works created for exam preparation; they are not actual examination items.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, scrape, download in bulk, re-publish, sell, or transmit any Content, and you may not submit Content into any third-party AI software or use it to train any machine-learning model. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to the Content except the limited personal-use license described above.

AI-Powered Features

PASSNP uses artificial intelligence to power certain features, such as practice-question explanations. AI is an evolving technology and may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs; AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only, is not medical advice, and should not be relied on as a guarantee of any exam outcome. You agree not to input personally identifiable, confidential, or sensitive information — yours or anyone else’s, including patient information — into AI-powered features.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE PLATFORM, ITS CONTENT, AND THE SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PASSNP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PASSNP, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PASSNP’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PASSNP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF DAMAGES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing Law and Disputes

If you have a concern, please contact support first — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PASSNP regarding your enrollment and supersede prior oral or written agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in full force. PASSNP may update these enrollment terms for future purchases; the version you accept governs the purchase it accompanies.

Electronic Acceptance

BY CHECKING THE CONSENT BOX AT CHECKOUT OR CLICKING ACCEPT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, INCLUDING THE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY; (2) YOU ARE ENROLLING FOR GENUINE EXAM PREPARATION AND NOT ON BEHALF OF ANY PASSNP COMPETITOR; (3) YOU UNDERSTAND PASSNP DOES NOT UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEE PASSAGE OF ANY EXAM; (4) YOU AUTHORIZE THE CHARGES DESCRIBED AT CHECKOUT; AND (5) YOUR ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE IS YOUR LEGALLY VALID SIGNATURE AND BINDS YOU TO THESE ENROLLMENT TERMS.
