Privacy Policy
At PASS Review Center (PASSNP), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated: June 15, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated as you use PASSNP:
- Account details: name, email address, and phone number you provide when you register or contact us.
- Payment information: billing details needed to process subscriptions and one-off purchases. Card data is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and is never stored on our servers.
- Study activity: the questions you answer, scores, bookmarks, flags, flashcard reviews, course progress, and exam results we use to power your dashboard and analytics.
- Booking details: when you reserve a live class or 1:1 coaching session, the information needed to schedule it and generate your meeting link.
- Technical data: device, browser, and usage information collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the service: deliver Study and Exam modes, track your progress, and personalize your experience.
- Process payments: manage subscriptions, renewals, and one-time purchases.
- Support and communication: respond to your requests and send important account, billing, and service updates.
- Improve PASSNP: understand how the platform is used so we can make it better and more reliable.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We use service providers to operate PASSNP, and — if you allow advertising cookies — we share limited device and usage data with advertising partners to measure and improve our ads, which some U.S. privacy laws classify as "sharing." You can opt out at any time (see "Cookies, Analytics & Advertising" below). We share information only as needed:
- Payment processors (Stripe) to securely handle transactions and manage subscriptions.
- Video conferencing (Zoom) to schedule and host live classes and coaching sessions you book.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising partners (such as Reddit) to measure and improve our ads — only when you allow advertising cookies.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of PASSNP and our users.
4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies. You control the non-essential ones, and you can change your choice at any time with the link (also in our footer).
- Strictly necessary — keep you signed in and run core features (your session and selected specialty). Always on; these do not require consent.
- Analytics — Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising — the Reddit advertising pixel lets us measure and improve our ads. Used only with your consent.
Outside the United States (e.g. in the EEA and UK), non-essential cookies stay off until you opt in. In the United States they may be on by default, and you can opt out at any time using Cookie settings — this also serves as your "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" choice. You can additionally control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
5. Your Rights Under the CCPA
California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- Right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal data.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your data for money, but if you allow advertising cookies we share limited data for targeted advertising; use the link to opt out.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your study progress and bookmarks remain available to you even if your plan changes back to Free. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
8. Third-Party Links
PASSNP may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
9. Children's Privacy
PASSNP is intended for nursing professionals and students and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
