Joining, rescheduling, and cancelling bookings

Your sessions are listed on your Account page under "Upcoming sessions" and "Past sessions".

• The "Join" button turns into "Join now" 15 minutes before the start.
• You get reminders about a day before, an hour before, and when the session goes live.

Cancelling

• More than 24 hours before the start: cancel for a full refund.
• Within 24 hours: you can still cancel, but there is no refund.
• If we cancel a session, you are always refunded in full.
• A free class seat used for a booking is not returned if you cancel.
• Cancelling one meeting of a multi-session class cancels the whole class.

Rescheduling

1:1 coaching can be moved to another open slot with the same coach, up to 24 hours before the session; your payment carries over. Group classes cannot be moved: cancel and book the session you want instead.
