Booking 1:1 coaching
Book a private session with a coach at a time that suits you.
Coaching sessions are private, one-to-one sessions with a clinician, booked against the coach’s real availability.
- 1Open Live Classes → "1:1 Coaching".
- 2Choose a coaching offering, then pick an open time slot.
- 3Pay through Stripe to confirm. Your Zoom link is created automatically and sent in your confirmation email.
