Booking a live group class

Live group classes are scheduled deep-dives led by board-certified clinicians. Some run online (over Zoom, Google Meet, or StreamYard) and some are held in person; some are free and others are paid — each listing shows the format and price up front.

1. 1Open Live Classes from the navigation to see upcoming sessions.
2. 2Pick a class and book your spot — paid classes check out securely through Stripe.
3. 3Once your booking is confirmed, you get the join link (or the venue details for an in-person class) plus a confirmation email.
