Resetting your progress or deleting your account

Resetting progress

Retaking the exam, or want a fresh start? Reset your progress for one exam at a time from Account. Type RESET to confirm.

• Removed: your answer history and your study and exam sessions for that exam.
• Kept: bookmarks, notes, highlights, and flashcards.

Deleting your account

Go to Account → "Danger zone" and type delete to confirm. This cancels any monthly pass immediately and permanently removes your account and data. It cannot be undone. If a subscription cannot be cancelled automatically, you will be asked to contact support first.
