BLS Provider — Renewal questions
When do I get my card?
Your BLS Provider eCard comes from the American Heart Association, not from us: once your instructor submits the class roster, the AHA emails you a claim link for the eCard. It is valid for two years and can be verified by any employer at any time.
How do I pick my class date?
Checkout reserves your enrollment, not a specific date. We email you the available class dates right after purchase and confirm your seat.
What if my card has already expired?
Book the Initial course instead. Renewal is only for holders of an unexpired card in that discipline, and arriving for a Renewal without a valid card means re-booking at the Initial rate.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation, transfer and refund terms are set out in the Enrollment Agreement you accept at checkout. Contact us as early as you can and we will work with you on a date that fits.
