FAQ

BLS Provider — Initial questions

When do I get my card?

Your BLS Provider eCard comes from the American Heart Association, not from us: once your instructor submits the class roster, the AHA emails you a claim link for the eCard. It is valid for two years and can be verified by any employer at any time.

How do I pick my class date?

Checkout reserves your enrollment, not a specific date. We email you the available class dates right after purchase and confirm your seat.

Do I need any certification before this class?

No prior card is required for an Initial course. If you already hold an unexpired card in this discipline, book the Renewal instead — it is shorter and cheaper.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellation, transfer and refund terms are set out in the Enrollment Agreement you accept at checkout. Contact us as early as you can and we will work with you on a date that fits.
