Cancellation, Refund, and No Chargeback Policy

By purchasing, enrolling in, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing any PASS product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Cancellation, Refund, and No Chargeback Policy. This policy applies to all products and services offered by PASS, including but not limited to online courses, live classes, subscriptions, digital materials, question banks, coaching, mentoring, review sessions, and other educational services.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through PASS are final. PASS maintains a strict no refund, no exchange, and no credit policy. Under no circumstances shall any refund, whether full or partial, be issued for any product or service once purchased, including where the purchaser has failed to use the product or service, has accessed only part of the product or service, or is dissatisfied with the purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Products and Services

All PASS products and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses and review programs
  • Live Master Classes
  • FLIX or other video-based educational content
  • Question Banks
  • One-on-one coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or consultation sessions
  • Last-Minute Review Preparation sessions
  • Downloadable or digital study materials
  • Promotional offers, discounted products, and final sale items
  • Any other educational or support service offered by PASS

Once access is granted, enrollment is confirmed, materials are delivered, or a session is scheduled, the purchase is deemed fully earned and non-refundable.

3. Subscription Products

All subscription-based products and services are non-refundable, non-cancelable for prior charges, and non-transferable. Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis, or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase, beginning on the original purchase date.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize PASS to charge the payment method on file automatically for each renewal term unless and until you cancel your subscription in accordance with these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. However:

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any kind.
  • Cancellation does not reverse, waive, or prorate any charge already processed.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, unused access, partial billing periods, or failure to cancel before the renewal date.

It is solely the student’s responsibility to manage, monitor, and cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle. PASS shall not be liable for charges incurred due to the student’s failure to cancel in a timely manner.

4. No Transfers, Rescheduling, or Reassignments

All PASS purchases are personal to the original purchaser and are strictly non-transferable. No product, service, subscription, session, enrollment, or access right may be transferred, assigned, shared, substituted, or resold to any other individual.

In addition, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by PASS:

  • Purchased services may not be moved to another course, date, cohort, or session.
  • Missed appointments, missed classes, failure to attend, or failure to use purchased services do not entitle the purchaser to a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
  • PASS is under no obligation to accommodate scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, work conflicts, examination changes, or other personal circumstances.

5. Dissatisfaction Does Not Create Refund Rights

Client dissatisfaction, change of mind, misunderstanding of the product or service, perceived lack of results, failure to pass an examination, disagreement with teaching style, failure to attend, or any subjective claim regarding value shall notconstitute grounds for a refund, partial refund, chargeback, cancellation of payment obligations, or any other compensation.

PASS makes no guarantee of any specific testing outcome, certification result, employment result, or professional advancement unless expressly stated in a separate signed written agreement.

6. No Guarantee of Exam Success

PASS provides educational and preparatory resources only. Purchase or participation does not guarantee passing any examination, obtaining licensure, achieving certification, securing employment, or obtaining any professional result. Individual performance depends on many factors beyond the control of PASS, including but not limited to study habits, academic background, test-taking ability, clinical knowledge, and adherence to preparation recommendations.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Prohibited

By purchasing any PASS product or service, you agree that you will not initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor for any charge that is consistent with this policy.

You further agree that any attempt to obtain a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute for a valid charge may constitute a material breach of this agreement. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • PASS reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to all products and services without notice.
  • PASS may deny future purchases or enrollment.
  • PASS may submit this policy, proof of purchase, proof of access, usage records, and all related communications to the payment processor or financial institution in response to the dispute.
  • You agree to remain responsible for all amounts owed, including any fees, costs, collection expenses, administrative charges, and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by PASS in defending or recovering disputed amounts to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Refusal of Service and Account Termination

PASS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel access, restrict participation, suspend accounts, or terminate user access at any time for violation of its policies, misuse of materials, unauthorized sharing, abusive behavior, payment disputes, or conduct deemed harmful to PASS, its instructors, staff, students, or operations. In such cases, no refund, credit, or compensation shall be owed.

9. Policy Enforcement

PASS reserves the right to interpret, apply, and enforce this policy at its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any exception to this policy must be expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of PASS. No oral statement, course of dealing, or customer communication shall modify or waive this policy unless confirmed in writing.

10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By completing a purchase, enrolling in a program, scheduling a service, or accessing any PASS offering, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • all sales are final;
  • all products and services are non-refundable and non-transferable;
  • subscription charges will recur automatically unless canceled before renewal;
  • unused services, missed sessions, and dissatisfaction do not entitle you to a refund or credit; and
  • this policy is binding and enforceable as a condition of your purchase and continued access. 

How Do I Cancel My Account?

Canceling your subscription is simple, but it must be completed using the correct method to ensure your cancellation is processed successfully. Please follow the instructions below based on your payment method.

Cancel via PayPal

  1. Sign in to your PayPal account.
  2. Go to Preapproved Payments or Automatic Payments.
  3. Select the active subscription.
  4. Click Stop or Cancel Subscription.
  5. Your cancellation is complete.

Cancel via Credit Card

  1. Log in to your member account at passnp.com.
  2. Click the account icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Billing Info.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription.
  5. Your cancellation is complete.

 

Important Notes

If your subscription was purchased through our previous WIX website, you must contact us directly for cancellation assistance.

Cancellation requests submitted by email, reply email, receipts, or automated announcement messages will not be processed. You must use the approved cancellation methods listed above.

 

Additional Terms

Immediate Access Removal: Access to videos and subscription content is removed immediately once cancellation is processed. Access does not continue until the next billing date.

Cancellation Timing: To avoid future charges, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

 

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscribers are solely responsible for canceling their subscription through the authorized cancellation method associated with their original payment type. Cancellation is not effective unless completed through the approved process described below.

For PayPal subscriptions, the subscriber must log in to their PayPal account, locate Preapproved Payments or Automatic Payments, select the applicable subscription, and choose Stop or Cancel Subscription.

For credit card subscriptions, the subscriber must log in to their member account at passnp.com, select the account icon in the upper-right corner, navigate to Settings > Billing Info, and click Cancel Subscription.

If the subscription originated through PASS’s previous WIX platform, the subscriber must contact PASS directly for cancellation support.

PASS will not honor or process cancellation requests submitted through email, reply email, receipts, announcements, or other unauthorized communication channels. Failure to cancel through the approved method does not relieve the subscriber of responsibility for recurring charges.

Upon cancellation, access to subscription content, including videos, is revoked immediately. Access does not remain active through the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in writing by PASS.

To avoid renewal charges, subscriptions must be canceled at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. PASS is not responsible for charges incurred when the subscriber fails to cancel within the required timeframe.

 

What happens if I miss my payment?

  • If a scheduled payment fails, access to subscription content will be automatically revoked until payment is successfully processed. PASS reserves the right to continue retrying the charge for the agreed subscription amount unless and until the subscription is properly canceled.

    If payment is completed and access has not been restored, the subscriber must contact PASS for manual reactivation.


What Is Your Refund Policy?

All payments processed by PASS are final and non-refundable. Once a charge has been successfully processed, no refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued.

To avoid unintended charges, we strongly recommend monitoring your billing date closely and canceling your subscription in advance if you no longer wish to continue service.

Missed or Incomplete Courses

PASS does not provide refunds, credits, or transfers for courses, programs, or services that are missed, partially completed, not attended, or voluntarily discontinued after registration or purchase.

Forgotten Cancellations

If you forget to cancel your subscription before your renewal date, you will still be responsible for the charge. Refunds are not granted for failure to cancel on time. Subscription management, including timely cancellation, is solely the responsibility of the subscriber.

If I forget to cancel, can I request a refund?

No. Refunds are not provided for forgotten or late cancellations. Managing your subscription, including canceling before the renewal date, is solely your responsibility.
