We’ll refund your eligible All-Access Pass or extend your access free until you pass — your choice.
Eligibility
To qualify for the guarantee, you’ll need to have:
- Hold an active All-Access Pass for the specialty you tested in.
- Answer at least 80% of that specialty’s question bank before your exam date.
- Complete at least two full timed Exam Mode simulations.
- Sit your official board exam within your All-Access Pass period.
- Submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your official result.
These terms are a summary; the full guarantee terms are confirmed at the time of claim and may be updated. The guarantee covers All-Access Pass purchases only.

What exactly do I get back?
Your choice: a full refund of the eligible All-Access Pass you used to prepare, or free extended access until your next attempt. Live class and 1:1 coaching purchases are not included.
Why are there study requirements?
The guarantee rewards candidates who genuinely used the platform. Meeting the question-bank and exam thresholds is how we know the prep was given a fair shot — and those same milestones are the best predictors of passing.
What proof do you need?
A copy or screenshot of your official score report from the certifying body (ANCC, AANP, etc.) showing the exam date and result. We only use it to verify the claim.
How long does a claim take?
We review every claim within 3 business days and reply by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
