This Agreement is made between PASS Company and the undersigned individual Student to provide live master class services.

Services to be Provided. Company agrees to provide Client access to a live master class according to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Service shall include the following: 

• Access to live online courses conducted by expert faculty members.
• A personalized study plan and progress-tracking tools to help you stay on track and measure your progress.

Payment. The cost of the service shall be payable in full before the start of the live master class. No refunds shall be provided once the Service has begun.

Term and Termination. This Agreement shall begin on the payment date and continue for the duration of the live master class. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any provision.

Confidentiality. The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and materials and to use such information and materials only to provide the Service. The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Company information and materials.

Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights in the Service and related materials shall remain the sole property of the Company. Client shall not use or reproduce such materials without the Company's written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, for the Service, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability. Company's liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by Client for the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Service.

They are governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the whole Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Client Representations. The Client represents and warrants that they are a nurse or nurse practitioner student with the necessary qualifications and experience to participate in the Service.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed the course requirements, including any technical specifications, and that all information I provided is accurate and complete. I agree to pay the full course fee before the course starts.

I understand that the Live Master Class course may be recorded for future reference and that my participation may be used for promotional purposes. However, my personal information will not be shared with third parties without my consent.

I understand that any materials provided as part of this course are for my personal use only and that sharing or distributing these materials is strictly prohibited.
