This Agreement is made between PASS Company and the undersigned individual Student for the provision of question bank services.

Services to be Provided. PASS agrees to provide Client access to the Flix Crash Course according to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Payment & Cancellation. The cost of the service shall be payable in full. No refunds shall be provided once the Service has begun.

This course is a recurring subscription and will renew automatically every month from the date of purchase. The students are responsible for canceling their subscription to their account when it is no longer needed.

Cancellation may be done anytime, however, any charges that has been processed prior are non-refundable, including unused portions of the billing period.

If the Client is unsatisfied with the Services provided by the PASS company, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund. The service is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or rescheduled to a different course session.

Term and Termination. This Agreement shall begin on the payment date. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any provision.

Confidentiality. The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and materials and to use such information and materials only to provide the Service. The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Company information and materials.

Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights in the Service and related materials shall remain the sole property of the Company. Client shall not use or reproduce such materials without the Company's written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, for the Service, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability. Company's liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by Client for the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Service.

They are governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the whole Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Client Representations. The Client represents and warrants that they are a nurse or nurse practitioner student with the necessary qualifications and experience to participate in the Service.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agrees to be bound by them.
