Service Agreement for The American Heart Association - PALS Recertification Course

By enrolling in The American Heart Association - PALS Recertification Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participants must have a current American Heart Association PALS Provider card to be eligible for The American Heart Association - PALS Recertification Course.

Certification: Upon completing The American Heart Association - PALS Recertification Course, participants will receive an American Heart Association PALS Provider card, valid for two years.

Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds will not be provided for The American Heart Association - PALS Recertification Course once the course has begun. Participants may cancel their enrollment in the course before the course start date and may be eligible for a refund, less an administrative fee.

Technical Support: Technical support is available for participants who experience issues accessing or navigating the online portion of the course.

Code of Conduct: Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the course. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the course.

Intellectual Property: All course materials provided to participants, including the AHA PALS Provider Manual and other instructional materials, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent from the American Heart Association.

By enrolling in The American Heart Association - PALS Recertification Course, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this service agreement.

PALS Certification (Renewal)

Course Description: American Heart Association - PALS Recertification Course

The American Heart Association - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Recertification Course is designed for healthcare providers who have previously completed the PALS Certification Course and wish to renew their certification. This course is intended for nurses, physicians, EMS professionals, and other healthcare workers who may be required to respond to pediatric emergencies.

The PALS Recertification Course provides a comprehensive review of pediatric emergency care, including recognition and treatment of respiratory distress and failure, shock, cardiac arrhythmias, and cardiac arrest. Participants will also learn how to assess and manage pediatric patients with various medical conditions and surgical emergencies.

In this course, you will:

Review and update your knowledge of pediatric emergency care Demonstrate proficiency in performing advanced pediatric life support techniques Learn the latest American Heart Association guidelines and recommendations for pediatric emergency care

Upon successful completion of the PALS Recertification Course, participants will receive an American Heart Association PALS Provider card, which is valid for two years. This certification demonstrates that you have maintained your knowledge and skills in providing advanced pediatric life support in emergency situations.

Certification: American Heart Association PALS Provider card, valid for two years
