This Agreement is made between PASS Review Center (referred to as the "Service Provider") and the undersigned individual (referred to as "Client" or "Student") for the provision of the Live Final Coaching Review service.

By agreeing to this Custom Service Agreement, the Client confirms that they have reviewed and understood the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Services Provided The Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with access to the PMHNP Package Review Course, which includes video lectures, study guides, a question bank, 1 hour 1:1 Last Minute Prep, and other study materials designed to prepare Client for the PMHNP certification exams. The course shall be delivered online through the Company's website.

2. Payment & Cancellation Terms The cost of the service shall be payable in full. No refunds shall be provided once the Service has begun.
   
   This package is a recurring subscription and will renew automatically every month from the date of purchase. The students are responsible for canceling their subscription to their account when it is no longer needed.
   
   Cancellation may be done anytime, however, any charges that has been processed prior are non-refundable, including unused portions of the billing period.
   
   If the Client is unsatisfied with the Services provided by the Provider, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund. The service is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or rescheduled to a different course session.

3.  Fixed Schedule The Client acknowledges and agrees that the dates and times of the Live Final Coaching Review are fixed and non-negotiable. Attendance during the scheduled sessions is the sole responsibility of the Client.

4. Confidentiality The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s personal and professional information. The Client agrees to keep all course materials confidential and not share, distribute, or reproduce them in any form without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

5. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, and other resources provided as part of the Review Package, remain the sole property of the Service Provider. The Client agrees that these materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used for any other purpose.

6. Recording and Promotional Use The Client acknowledges that portions of the Live Reviews may be recorded for quality assurance or future reference. The Client’s participation may be used for promotional purposes, but personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service. The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s use of the service.

8. Disclaimer

   The Package Review Course is intended to assist the Client in preparing for the certification exams. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee that the Client will pass the exams or that the Services will result in any particular outcome. The Service Provider makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, for the Services or any materials provided

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of CALIFORNIA, USA. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts.

By checking the box during checkout and proceeding with the payment, the Client confirms the following:

• They have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Custom Service Agreement.
• They acknowledge that the service is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• They accept that the course dates and times are fixed and cannot be changed.
• They understand that all materials provided are for personal use only and cannot be shared or redistributed.
• They agree to pay the full course fee at checkout.
• By proceeding with payment, the Client consents to this Custom Service Agreement and agrees to comply with the terms stated herein.
