This Agreement is made between PASS Review Center (referred to as the "Service Provider") and the undersigned individual (referred to as "Client" or "Student") for the provision of the Live Final Coaching Review service.

By agreeing to this Custom Service Agreement, the Client confirms that they have reviewed and understood the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with access to the Live Final Coaching Review, delivered by expert faculty members, as per the agreed schedule.

2. Payment Terms

• The full payment for the service is required at the time of checkout.
• No refunds will be provided once payment has been made, regardless of circumstances.
• The service is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or rescheduled to a different course session.

3. Fixed Schedule

• The Client acknowledges and agrees that the dates and times of the Live Final Coaching Review are fixed and non-negotiable.
• Attendance during the scheduled sessions is the sole responsibility of the Client.

4. Confidentiality

• The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s personal and professional information.
• The Client agrees to keep all course materials confidential and not share, distribute, or reproduce them in any form without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, and other resources provided as part of the Live Final Coaching Review, remain the sole property of the Service Provider.
• The Client agrees that these materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used for any other purpose.

6. Recording and Promotional Use

• The Client acknowledges that portions of the Live Final Coaching Review may be recorded for quality assurance or future reference.
• The Client’s participation may be used for promotional purposes, but personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service.
• The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s use of the service.

By checking the box during checkout and proceeding with the payment, the Client confirms the following:

• They have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Custom Service Agreement.
• They acknowledge that the service is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• They accept that the course dates and times are fixed and cannot be changed.
• They understand that all materials provided are for personal use only and cannot be shared or redistributed.
• They agree to pay the full course fee at checkout.

By proceeding with payment, the Client consents to this Custom Service Agreement and agrees to comply with the terms stated herein.
