This Agreement is entered into by and between Student, and PASS Company, provision of FNP/AGNP Package Review Course. The Parties to this Agreement are as follows:

SERVICES: Company shall provide Client access to the FNP/AGNP Package Review Course, which includes video lectures, study guides, a question bank, 1 hour 1:1 Last Munute Prep and other study materials designed to prepare Client for the FNP/AGNP certification exams. The course shall be delivered online through the Company's website.

TERM: The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date of execution and continue until the completion of the FNP/AGNP Package Review Course, as determined by the Client.

PAYMENT: Client shall pay the FNP/AGNP Package Review Course fees, as determined by the Company. Payment shall be made in full upon execution of this Agreement. The Company shall only be obligated to provide Services once payment has been received in full.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION: This package is a recurring subscription and will renew automatically every month from the date of purchase. The students are responsible for canceling their subscription to their account when it is no longer needed.

Cancellation may be done anytime, however, any charges that has been processed prior are non-refundable, including unused portions of the billing period.

If the Client is unsatisfied with the Services provided by the Provider, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund. The service is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or rescheduled to a different course session.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Both Parties agree to keep all information disclosed by the other Party confidential and to use such information solely to provide and receive the Services. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the FNP/AGNP Package Review Course, including but not limited to all study materials, videos, and other content, are owned by Company. Client shall not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any such materials without Company's prior written consent.

DISCLAIMER: The FNP/AGNP Package Review Course is intended to assist the Client in preparing for the certification exams. However, Company does not guarantee that the Client will pass the exams or that the Services will result in any particular outcome. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, for the Services or any materials provided.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the CALIFORNIA,USA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the whole Agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.

Client Representations. The Client represents and warrants that they are a nurse or nurse practitioner student with the necessary qualifications and experience to participate in the Service.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agrees to be bound by them.
