This Agreement is entered into by and between Student, and PASS Company, provision of PMHNP Package Review Course. The Parties to this Agreement are as follows:

SERVICES: The Company shall provide Client access to the PMHNP Package Review Course, which includes video lectures, study guides, a question bank, 1 hour 1:1 Last Minute Prep, and other study materials designed to prepare Client for the FNP/AGNP certification exams. The course shall be delivered online through the Company's website.

TERM: The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date of execution and continue until the completion of the FNP/AGNP Package Review Course, as determined by the Client.

PAYMENT: The Client shall pay the FNP/AGNP Package Review Course fees as determined by the Company. Payment shall be made in full upon execution of this Agreement. The Company shall only be obligated to provide Services once payment has been received in full.

REFUNDS: The PASS Company does not offer refunds for the PMHNP Package Review Course. If the Client is unsatisfied with the Services provided by the Company, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund. The no refund policy shall be the exclusive remedy available to the Client if they are not satisfied with the Services provided by the Company. The no refund policy shall be subject to the limitations of liability outlined in this Custom Agreement for Booking PMHNP Package Review Course."

CONFIDENTIALITY: Both Parties agree to keep all information disclosed by the other Party confidential and to use such information solely to provide and receive the Services. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The Client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the PMHNP Package Review Course, including but not limited to all study materials, videos, and other content, are owned by Company. The client shall not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any such materials without the company's written consent.

DISCLAIMER: The PMHNP Package Review Course is intended to assist the Client in preparing for the certification exams. However, Company does not guarantee that the Client will pass the exams or that the Services will result in any particular outcome. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, for the Services or any materials provided.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of CALIFORNIA, USA. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the whole Agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.

Client Representations. The Client represents and warrants that they are a nurse or nurse practitioner student with the necessary qualifications and experience to participate in the Service.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agrees to be bound by them.
